Admission requires registered ID and facial recognition. If the attendee’s identity does not match the registered information, entry will be denied.

According to the safety authority requirements for Huawei Cloud INSPIRE 2026, the following items are prohibited inside the venue:
- Firearms and ammunition, including military, civilian, air guns, hunting guns, sports guns, tranquilizer guns, and all types of ammunition.
- Controlled weapons, such as crossbows, daggers, triangular scrapers, spring knives with self?locking devices, and other single?, double?, or triangular?bladed knives defined as controlled.
- Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials, and other dangerous items prohibited by law.
- Banners or materials with political, religious, racial, commercial content, or any content violating Chinese law.
- Oversized luggage exceeding 56cm × 36cm × 23cm. During peak periods, wheeled luggage may also be restricted. Exceptions: handcarts, wheelchairs, disability mobility devices (≤16 km/h, ≥3 wheels), and strollers (≤92cm × 132cm).
- Food, alcoholic beverages, canned or glass containers.
- Animals (except guide dogs, which must be leashed and supervised; some areas may restrict guide dogs).
- Laser devices, radios, loudspeakers, walkie?talkies, wireless equipment.
- Ignition devices and syringes, such as lighters, matches, or other items that may affect safety.

- Conference badges are registered to individuals and may not be transferred. Shared, copied, or reprinted badges will not be accepted; violators’ badges may be confiscated.
- Badges must be worn at all times during the event.
- Attendees must not engage in dangerous or disruptive behavior, nor in any activity violating PRC law.
- Without Huawei’s written consent, the following are prohibited:
- Selling or exchanging goods/services, or displaying items for such purposes.
- Distributing or displaying printed or recorded materials, or using flags, banners, or signs.
- Organizing gatherings, themed activities, performances, or speeches.
- Photography, filming, or recording except for personal, non?commercial use.
- Conducting interviews (photo, video, audio, or otherwise) without prior approval.
- Any other actions deemed disruptive to venue order by Huawei.

Violations may result in termination of participation, account suspension, claims for damages, or referral to judicial authorities.
