[Note 1] Partners need to contact the Partner Development Manager (PDM) to apply for this benefit.

[Note 2] Applicants are allowed to apply for either HCCDE or HCIE-Cloud Service Solutions Architect exam vouchers as needed.

[Note 3] The upper limit of MDF is specific for partners. If a partner has multiple service solutions, the partner can request this benefit multiple times, but the total amount must not exceed the specified limit for this benefit. To be eligible for this benefit, the service solution must be fully developed and released, either as a baseline solution or a joint operations product.

[Note 4] For detailed information on the various benefits listed in the above table, please refer to the Description of Benefits.

Notes:

[Note 1] Project managers must have Project Management Professional (PMP), International Project Management Association (IPMA) Level C, or Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) - Project Management certificate or any other equivalent or higher-level certificate.

[Note 2] Each employee participating in the certification must earn at least one Huawei Cloud developer certification. Higher-level certifications can substitute lower-level ones. The certification criteria for HCCDA, HCCDP, HCCDE, and their sub-business directions are subject to the Huawei Cloud developer certification standards specific to each region. When counting the number of certified employees, the following certifications can be additionally included: HCIA-Cloud Service (counted towards HCCDA certification count), HCIP-Cloud Service Solutions Architect (counted towards HCCDP certification count), and HCIE-Cloud Service Solutions Architect (counted towards HCCDE certification count).

[Note 3] Requirement for competency badges obtained in the Differentiated phase: At least one of the following competencies is required: cloud migration, database, AI Compute Service, AI platform, big data, cloud native, application modernization, and SAP.

[Note 4] Project cases submitted by a partner as proof of practices unrelated to Huawei Cloud must be publicly referenceable. Huawei Cloud regularly reviews partner's achievement of the certification requirement for service cases. If the partner fails to meet the requirement, the corresponding certification result will be canceled.

[Note 5] Contact the PDM to obtain the template. Huawei Cloud regularly reviews partners' business plans and fulfillment progress and provides support accordingly. Partners' BP fulfillment will be used in the scenarios including certification, annual review, benefit distribution, and opportunity sharing.
