By using the digital content consulting & planning service, you fully understand and agree to the terms of this statement. Otherwise, you shall stop using the service immediately.
1. About the Service
The digital content consulting & planning service focuses on providing professional consulting, design, and planning of digital content.
2. Declarations and Warranties
You must ensure that you use the service in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. We only provide a standard service upon your requests and are not responsible for the legal compliance of your use.
You shall ensure that the portraits, information, pictures, audio and video, and personal data you disclose shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, and do not infringe any legitimate rights and interests of third parties, such as privacy rights, personal data rights, portrait rights, and intellectual property rights. Moreover, you commit that you have the right to authorize us, our affiliated companies, consultants, and suppliers to process relevant data.
If a third party makes a claim against us that your behaviors and your information disclosed to us infringes the third party’s legal rights, you will, at your cost, defend us against the claim or cooperate with our company to defend at our request and indemnify us from the damages, costs and expenses as we may suffer (including litigation costs, reasonable lawyer fees, evidence collection fees, notarization fees, etc.).
3. Change and Interpretation
Huawei Cloud reserves the right to interpret this statement and update it whenever necessary. The updated statement will be released on the official Huawei Cloud website and shall take effect immediately upon release.
